As a girl tribe, we can all agree that trying to make our meals and events the prettiest they can be is what is our GOAL! So, here is a "how to" on making the prettiest brunch for friends and family!

One of the better ideas that I found - with inspiration from Fashionable Hostess, one of my favorite go to blogs and websites to look for great party ideas - was that you wanna make the food and tabletop look almost too pretty to eat/drink....

Pretty but delicious is what we are all striving for, am I right??

To start off this brunch meal, there are these AMAZING Homemade Granola Cups that are SO CUTE and SO YUMMY...

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the oats, applesauce, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt to a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Evenly disperse the mixture in 6 muffin tins.
  4. Use your fingers or a spoon to press the mixture into the sides and base of the muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 12-13 minutes.
  6. Let it cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before using a butter knife to remove the oatmeal cups.
  7. Let the cups cool completely before filling with yogurt and topping with fresh selection of fruits.
