Why I PUSH every day of my Life!!!

It started being told for years by my ex that I wasn't capable and

would never make it. It was for staying true to what I knew God was showing me and leading me to that I was able to reach this point. I started my company without a single contact in the industry. I was working at one of the largest law firms in the country and went into labor with

my daughter when I was five months pregnant. I was put on bed rest for four months and decided I wanted to start a company by combining my passion to impact the world with my knowledge in design. I wanted to show my soon-to-be daughter Gianna how to dare to dream big!

That bold step to live fully is what led me to create this company, which has since become my life’s work. With zero capital to put towards the brand, I found a man in Israel that sold me diamonds at cost. I then turned around and sold them to women around the world.

This venture allowed me to create my first product samples and attend my first meetings in New York with Macy’s. We are blessed to now be in retailers such as Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Wayfair, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Dillard’s as well as smaller home stores and boutiques. Since then, it has been an amazing journey of living boldly, pushing myself through obstacles, and passionately working to make an impact in the world.

It’s hard to narrow down just one thing that inspires me to keep going. As a mother of two girls, my first priority is showing them that they can do anything they dream of and encouraging them to always be passionate about what they are doing in life and the 3k women artisans we have in Bangladesh has pushed me to do CPR on my company multiple times.

I refuse to let them down and will keep pushing forward to make sure that they have their own voice in the future! We now have 4 woman doctors at our factory so that not only our artisans but their families can be seen for free. We also have free childcare set up so that the women can bring their infants and toddlers to work to be looked after while they work. They are fed three hot meals a day and also have the option to use our buses as transportation to and from work.

My goal is to give them the strongest platform to stand on so that they can focus on not only their future but also their children! Additionally, my interactions with people I have met traveling the world are what have inspired me to give back.

I don’t go a single day without thinking about the life changing sights I have seen and cultures I have been immersed in. I look at every moment as an opportunity to create, inspire, and explore, and the culture of my company embraces each opportunity.

It drives me to go the extra mile to not only make luxurious pieces, but to promote change.

Tell me about your inspiration! I want to hear about your dreams, your passions and what fuels your soul to embrace them!!! Keep me in the loop because I want to be your cheerleader!!!!
